FIELD: equipment for plastic working of materials, namely rolling stand with hydraulic screw-down mechanism. ^ SUBSTANCE: rolling stand includes housing; rolling rolls with chocks; backup rolls with chocks; hydraulic cavity at each side of stand for lifting upper backup roll and screw-down mechanism hydraulic cylinder; hydraulic control board and pump-accumulation system. Body of hydraulic cylinder is rigidly secured to housing over chock of upper roll and it is common for movable link performing rough adjustment of gap value between rolling rolls and provided with stop joined to said body and for movable link performing fine adjustment of gap value between rolling rolls and joined with chock of upper roll. Common hydraulic control cavity designed for fine adjustment of gap value between rolling rolls is provided between said movable links. ^ EFFECT: simplified design, lowered mass and size of rolling stand having increased rigidity, simplified maintenance of rolling stand with hydraulic screw-down mechanism. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
