A wheel balance weight is provided to mount the weight in an unbalanced point more exactly and to manufacture a wheel balance weight with more compact and exact round through a simple process. A wheel balance weight(111) installed between a rim of a wheel and a wheel cover mounted in the rim of the wheel so as to compensate for unbalance of a circular wheel of a car comprises stepped portions(P1,P2,P3). A clamp(300) is coupled to a fixing surface(121). The bottom surface of the weight includes a central surface being contacted with the inside surface of the wheel cover because the vertical section shape in the width direction has the same curvature radius as the inside surface of the wheel cover, and both side surfaces not being contacted with the inside surface of the wheel cover because the curvature radius is different from that of the inside surface of the wheel cover in both sides of the central surface.
