摘要 An automatic sound calibration system for a fine home audiometer and a method thereof are provided to monitor a hearing status of an examinee at a remote place by transmitting a hearing test result to a hospital server through a wireless or a wire communication. An automatic sound calibration system for a fine home audiometer includes a main computer(110), a headphone(120), and a calibration apparatus(130). The main computer(110) outputs an electric signal of a sound requested for a hearing test at a sound card which adjusts a size of the sound to be outputted. The headphone(120) receives the electric signal of the sound outputted from the sound card, converts the received electric signal into a voice signal, and outputs the sound. The calibration apparatus(130) has a mic and a sound comparison transmission unit. The mic receives the sound outputted from the speaker. The sound comparison transmission unit compares the seize of the sound inputted to the mic with a predetermined reference value, feedbacks and transmits the comparison result signal corresponding to a large or small value to the main computer in case that the size of the sound inputted to the mic is larger, or smaller than the reference value.
