PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for neutralizing and hardening quickly and inexpensively slime discharged to the ground surface secondarily, resulting from the execution of a high pressure jet injection method. SOLUTION: This neutralizing hardening method of alkaline slime secondarily discharged to the ground surface accompanying the execution of a high pressure jet injection method is constituted of a force-feed process pumping up the slime and continuously force-feeding it in a force-feed pipe, a process for injecting an oxidant into the force-fed pipe, a process for mixing and stirring the oxidant and the slime and completing the neutralizing action of the both, and a process in which the neutralized slime discharged from the discharge end of the force-feed pipe is mixed and hardened. According to the present invention, the neutralizing reaction can be completed in the force-feeding pipe and the partial dispersion of pH of the improved earth obtained by the neutralizing hardening can be prevented.
