<p>The device has a coil arrangement (6), and a pole shoe (9) comprising stacked lamellae from a magnetically and electrically conducting material, where the pole shoe is arranged at a front side of the arrangement. The arrangement has a pole shoe retainer (20) for detachable fastening of the pole shoe and connected with a current source, where the pole shoe has a wheel shape and lamella packets formed as a block.
