A hybrid game table, a system for managing a casino having the same, and an operation method thereof are provided to manage systematically member information by computerizing the information of a member joined in a game and return a predetermined ratio of an amount used by the member in the game to the member by using the member information. A dealer terminal(10) transmits a game start signal and a game result according to game progress to a casino management server. A gamer terminal(20) receives a betting target and amount, and receives account information and the information for advancing the game from a casino management server(50). The casino management server stores the betting information received from the gamer terminal and the game result received from the dealer, calculates a dividend ratio of the member by referring to the account information of the member, calculates a dividend according to the game result, and provides the dividend to the game terminal corresponding to the game result. A camera(40) captures the dealer terminal, the game table equipped with the gamer terminal, and the vicinity of the game terminal. |
