Optical information reproducing device, an optical information recoding/reproducing device and a method for detecting refraction of an optical information storing medium using the same are provided to read refraction of a storing medium by projecting a pair of supplemental beams to the storing medium. A device for reproducing optical information(100) comprises a light source(110), an optical divider(120), a supplemental optical divider(130), an incidence optical system(140), a reproduced beam reader(174), and a supplemental beam reader(176). The optical divider divides light radiated from the light source into a reference beam and a temporary beam. The supplemental optical divider forms a pair of supplemental beams by dividing the temporary beam. The incidence optical system projects the reference beam and the supplemental beam to the storing medium wherein the optical information is stored. The reproduced beam reader reads the reproduced beam. The reproduced beam is reproduced by the reference beam. The supplemental beam reader reads degree of the supplemental beam diffracted by the storing medium to read tilt of the storing medium.
