A bistable relay apparatus is provided to prevent the stop of the related function by off the relay when the power source which is supplied to one pair of the switching contacting point unit is intercepted. A bistable relay apparatus includes an electromagnet unit(100), an operating unit(200), a conductor plate(300) and a guide unit(400). The electromagnet unit(100) has a first switching terminal(S1) which is connected with a battery power source(Ga), and has a second switching terminal(S2) which is connected with the battery power source controlling unit(Na), and magnetizes and terminates the magnetization according to the on/off controlling of the battery power source controlling unit(Na). The operating unit(200) moves and returns according to the magnetization status of the electromagnet unit(100), and has an operation contacting point unit(210) which is connected with the power source(B+) of the battery source(Ga). The conductor plate(300) is electrically connected with the operation contacting point unit(210), and has a fixed contacting point unit(310) which authorizes the battery power source(Ga) to a load terminal(L) of an electric load unit(Da). The guide unit(400) maintains the electric status on the conductor plate(300), and the electric status termination between the operation contacting point unit(210) and the fixed contacting point unit(310).
