An optical reflecting plate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a reflective screen display device including the same are provided to express various colors of reflective light and simplify processes by patterning different kinds of nano particle crystals on a substrate. An optical reflecting plate comprises a substrate(22), first and second colloid crystal patterns(24,27) which are alternatively arranged on the substrate, and a third colloid crystal pattern(28) formed on the first and second colloid crystal patterns. The first to third colloid crystal patterns output reflective light having different wavelength.
