A gas oven burner in which opening in flat screen is arranged as circle, at that opening is placed in center and has area larger compared to area formed by jet of gas burning in perimeter of cover with fire channels, and distance from surface of flat screen to plate holder is not larger than half of diameter of opening in flat screen.
