FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concern permittivity and specific conductivity measurement methods for fluid disperse systems and can be applied in permittivity and specific conductivity control and adjustment in highly inflammable, explosive or aggressive fluid media in the process of their fabrication in chemical and other industries. UHF generator with wavelength lambdag excites a fundamental wave H11 in waveguide transmission line, and progressive wave mode is established. Generator wavelength lambdag is measured before the moment of progressive wave appearance in the waveguide transmission line, and real part of permittivity epsilon' is calculated. ^ EFFECT: improved precision of permittivity measurement in fluid heterogeneous dielectric media, based on the moment of transmission line operation mode change and absence of galvanic contact to the measured media; reduced dimensions and mass of gauge. ^ 1 dwg |
