A storage device of a voice chip set is provided to perform recording work without a ROM writer, and to detach a microprocessor and voice chips conveniently by transferring the address and a command signal directly through the voice chips and an SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface) method. A and B sound chips(60,70) stores and processes the voice and the sound data, and a voice chip selecting deep switch(40) selects the voice chip. A microprocessor(50) inputs/outputs the data of the voice chips and controls the other peripheral devices. A communication module(80) provides the interface of a developer. An LCD(10) displays the progressing state of the work. An analog input terminal(20) receives the outer voice and the sound data. A speaker(30) outputs the voice and the sound data. An SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface) connector(100) downloads the voice chip controlling program in the microprocessor. A storage device for a voice chip set also includes a power switch(110), a power input terminal(120) and a system control switch(90). The storage device uses the voice chip and the SPI method for transferring the address and a command signal directly.
