A cart caster is provided to prevent sliding of a cart as well as inflow of foreign matter or water to a wheel member by forming an external cover contacted with a bottom surface of a moving walk, covering the wheel member of the caster. A cart caster installed in a lower part of a cart for moving objects comprises a wheel member(20) and an external cover(30). The wheel member is mounted in a bracket(10) installed in the lower part of the cart and inserted in a groove formed in a bottom surface of a moving walk. The external cover covers the wheel member such that a lower end of the wheel member is exposed. The external cover is integrally formed with the bracket and extended, or separately formed with the bracket to be coupled to the bracket. The wheel member is inserted in the groove of the moving walk, and the lower end of the external cover is contacted with the bottom surface of the moving walk, thereby preventing the cart from being slid.
