A condenser microphone is provided to reduce the size of the condenser microphone by removing a back plate from a case. In a condenser microphone, a polymer film(13) is attached to the inner surface of a cylindrical metal case(11), and functions as a plate. A ring-shaped spacer(14) is made of insulating material, and is attached to the outer side of the polymer film(13). A diaphragm(15) has an uneven part formed by a corona treatment at a high voltage of 1KV~100KV to reinforce a surface tension, and is stacked on the bottom of the spacer(14). A diaphragm ring(16) is attached to the diaphragm(15). A PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(18) having various parts including an FET(Field Effect Transistor) and a connecting ring(17) for connecting the diaphragm ring(16) to a circuit on the PCB(18) is embedded in the diaphragm ring(16), and is fixed by the end portion of the inwardly bent case(11). |
