An electric heating device is provided to prevent electromagnetic waves from being generated by serially connecting a resistance line to a heating wire and reducing a voltage applied to the heating wire. An electric heating device includes a heating plate unit(11), a heating wire(13), a heating voltage supplying unit and a resistance line. The heating wire(13) is installed in the heating plate unit(11). The heating voltage supplying unit supplies a heating voltage to the heating wire(13). The resistance line is serially connected to the heating wire(13) to reduce the voltage applied to the heating wire(13). The heating voltage supplying unit has a voltage dividing resistor connected to the heating wire(13) to be parallel with the resistance line, and a bypass unit to bypass some of currents flowing on the heating line(13) to the resistance line. |
