<p>A cup attaching apparatus is provided to attach a cup for fixing an eyeglass lens to an eyeglass lens processing apparatus to a lens with a high accuracy and high efficiency. A cup attaching apparatus(1) includes a lens mount(100), three support pins(120), a holding unit, a lens clamp, three press pins, and a locking unit. The lens mount has a surface on which a lens is mounted. The three support pins arranged on the lens mount to support the lens by contacting a rear refractive surface of the lens. The holding unit holds the support pins such that a supporting plane formed by the support pins is tilted. The lens clamp cooperates with the lens mount so as to clamp the lens mounted on the lens mount. The three press pins are arranged on the lens clamp to press the lens by contacting a front refractive surface of the lens mounted on the lens mount. The locking unit keeps the support plate in a nearly horizontal state when the lens is not clamped by the lens mount and the lens clamp.</p> |
