A fabric for manufacturing a banner having retroreflective property is provided to enhance night visibility, photographic printability, and weather resistance suitable for a banner capable of the outdoor advertisement during day or night by being fabricated with a layer composed of glass-bead and metal having the retroreflective property and a topmost resin layer composed of a chloride vinyl composition,. A fabric for manufacturing a banner having retroreflective property includes a base fabric sheet(110) made of a textile, an adhesive layer(120), a metal reflective layer(130), a focal resin layer, a glass-bead layer(150), a resin layer for fixing the glass-bead layer, and a topmost resin layer(170) formed sequentially on one side or both sides of the base fabric sheet, wherein the adhesive layer is a solvent sealing type including one of polyether, polyester, polyurethane, and epoxy resin.
