A plasma display panel is provided to perform easily an impurity gas exhaust process and a discharge gas injection process in a manufacturing process by forming an exhaust path thereto. A second substrate(112) is disposed opposite to a first substrate(111). A plurality of sustain electrodes(130) are disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. A plurality of address electrodes(140) are disposed in the second substrate. A first dielectric layer(150) is disposed in the second substrate in order to cover the address electrodes. A barrier rib(120) is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate in order to define discharge cells and an exhaust path. The barrier rib includes a color having a higher absorbing ratio of visible rays. A first phosphor layer(171) is disposed in each of the discharge cells. A second phosphor layer(172) is disposed in the exhaust path and includes a calcium magnesium silicate. A space between the first and second substrates is filled with discharge gas.
