A refrigerant passage conversion valve and a refrigerator having the same are provided to dispense uniformly fluid to a plurality of outlets by positioning the outlets at a position lower than an inlet, and to guide easily the fluid to the exits by including a cone-shaped pool. A refrigerant passage conversion valve(20) comprises: a housing, an opening/closing member(30), and an driver(51). The housing includes an inlet(20) and a plurality of outlets(26,27). The opening/closing member opens and closes the plurality of outlets. The driver operates the opening/closing member. The outlets are provided at the position lower than the inlet.
