A process and a plant for continuous manufacture of resting articles of latex foam are provided to manufacture latex foam articles including a mattress in which at least two layers are overlapped or engaged with each other. A process for continuous manufacture of resting articles of latex foam, includes a step of producing at least a second latex foam mixture containing various components among a surface active agent and a gelation agent, a step of specializing the characteristics of a second mixture from those of a first mixture, a step of depositing the second mixture after the process of grinding a first layer(7), such that the second mixture is overlapped with a part of a first base layer expanded in a horizontal direction, and forming at least a second latex foam upper layer, a step of grinding a second layer(9) into a predetermined height, a step of gelating the second layer, a step of solidifying the two layers at the same time, and a step of moving a latex foam block(2) formed by at least the two layers toward a second station.
