A book is provided to improve reliability by keeping the total thickness uniform by forming the same length and width of plural answer sheets as those of the text papers. A book(1) is composed of text papers(11) bound between book covers(10) forming the front and rear surfaces and answer sheets(20) bound at one side of the bound text papers and stitched up by a seaming paper(21). Both ends of the seaming paper are bound in the same method of the answer sheets and the text papers, with covering the answer sheets. Two cut lines are formed on the both sides of a width paper(22) keeping the same width as the thickness of the answer sheets, on a part of the seaming paper enclosing the thickness of the answer sheets.
