A sound insulation material for shock absorption is provided to reduce the interlayer noise of an apartment house by absorbing the impact transferred from the vertical direction of the upper part and dispersing the vertical impact sound in the horizontal direction through an impact sound dispersion layer formed between support projections of a primary sound insulation material and a secondary sound insulation material. A sound insulation material(100) for shock absorption is formed by coupling a primary sound insulation material(110) provided with many support projections(112) on the upper part with a secondary sound insulation material(120) provided with many support projections(122) on the lower part, wherein an impact sound dispersion layer is formed between the support projections of the primary sound insulation layer and the secondary sound insulation layer to disperse the vertical impact sound transferred from the upper part in all directions, thereby to decrease impact sound.
