An investment server is provided to enable a client to make a safer investment through an authentication procedure based on an IC chip under a wireless network environment regardless of a time and a place. An investment server(100) is connected to an IC chip(120) interlinked with a wireless terminal(115) through a wireless network. The investment server(100) checks a connection between the wireless terminal(115) and the IC chip(120) and enables a client to make an investment on a wireless network by using financial payment information included in the IC chip(120) and to download investment specification data to the wireless terminal(115). The investment server(100) requests a mobile service provider to authenticate a subscriber. The investment server(100) includes a database for storing the investment specification data in accordance with the investment realized on the wireless network. After finishing the investment, the investment specification data is stored in the IC chip(120) interlinked with the wireless terminal(115). The database backs up the investment specification data stored at the IC chip and checks the investment specification data when making settlement.
