A desk board position adjusting device of an integrated desk and chair for a lecture room is provided to improve productivity by adjusting the position of a desk board with respect to a chair. A desk board(6) is installed on a front of the chair by using a support frame(4). A space portion is formed between a chair and a desk board(6). A guide rod of a support frame is coupled between guides of a desk board to adjust the position of the desk plate. Hanging rods(10c,10d) are formed on a front and a rear of a support frame(4). On a front and a rear of the bottom portion of the desk plate(6), hanging members(6c,6d) that maintain a gap broader than the gap between the front and rear hanging rods(10c,10d) of the support frame(4) are formed to limit the moving distance of the desk plate.
