An apparatus and a method for using waste as fuel resources are provided to minimize the consumption of energy due to treatment of the waste, by collecting oil and gas generated during pyrolysis of flammable waste and using the collected oil or gas to heat the waste. An evaporator(100) pyrolyzes waste. A cooling device(300) cools gas generated by passing the waste through the evaporator. An oil tank(340) collects oil generated by passing the generated gas through the cooling device. A gas return fan(430) returns residual gas to the evaporator. A vacuum tank(400) controls an inside pressure of the evaporator. An ejector(440) forms an inside of the vacuum tank in a vacuum state. |
