An apparatus for delivery of a media into a body cavity of a mammal, comprises a guide device for being inserted into a body cavity of a mammal, and a media containing device which wraps around the guide device. The media may be an ultrasound attenuation agent. The apparatus is useful for treating uterine myomas, avoiding the damage of the body caused by the focused ultrasound.
