A method for preparing a separator for a fuel cell is provided to lower contact resistance and to improve electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, gas sealing property, processability and lightweightness. A method for preparing a separator of a fuel cell comprises the steps of: preparing a stainless steel having a passivation layer as a preform; and coating the surface of the preform with an interstitial carbide comprising NbC on the surface by a cold spray method. |
