A mounting device of a door lock cylinder in vehicles is provided to improve workability by installing a fixing pin on a handle base to mount the door lock cylinder by a one touch method. A mounting device of a door lock cylinder in vehicles includes a pin bracket(7), a fixing pin(11), a retainer washer(15) and a return spring(17). The pin bracket(7) is formed at one side of a cylinder installation hole of a handle base. The fixing pin(11) is installed to be inserted into the pin bracket(7), fixes one side of the door lock cylinder, and forms a retainer at one side. The retainer washer(15) is supported by the pin bracket(7) in a state of being inserted through a rear end of the fixing pin(11). The return spring(17) provides an elastic force to the fixing pin(11) by being installed between the retainer of the fixing pin(11) and the retainer washer(15).
