A heat recovery ventilation system capable of repairing blower unit easily is provided to facilitate maintenance of an air supply blower unit and an exhaust blower unit by sliding of fan housings along each guide rail in a duct and allowing the air supply and exhaust blower units to be in and out of an opening and closing door. A heat recovery ventilation system(100) capable of repairing blower unit easily comprises a duct(110), a heat exchanger(130), and a plurality of opening and closing doors(141,142,143). The duct is divided into an air supply duct(111) allowing the outdoor air to flow into the inside by an air supply blower unit(120), and an exhaust duct(112) crossed with the air supply duct and discharging indoor air to the outside by an exhaust blower unit(121). The heat exchanger is installed at the alternating point of the air supply duct and the exhaust duct, wherein a plurality of air supply passages communicating with the air supply duct and a plurality of exhaust passages communicating with the exhaust duct are adjacent to each other, and is capable of performing heat exchange between air in the air supply passage and exhaust passage. The plurality of opening and closing doors are installed to the duct and respectively installed adjacent to the air supply blower unit, the exhaust blower unit, and the heat exchanger for repairing each unit. The air supply blower unit and the exhaust blower unit are composed of a fan(120a,121a) and a driving motor(120b,121b) inside each fan housing(120c,121c) respectively, wherein the fan housings slide along guide rails(200) in the duct for allowing the air supply blower unit and the exhaust blower unit incoming and outgoing via the opening and closing doors.
