A signal transient simulation method of multi-coupled frequency-variant transmission lines is provided to obtain frequency-variant signal transient characteristics from transmission line parameters according to frequency variance and to determine exactly a signal integrity by applying an RF(Radio Frequency) effect to an input signal of the transmission lines. Frequency-variant parameters of multi-coupled transmission lines are obtained from a mathematic analysis method(S100). The frequency-variant parameters are applied to a mode analyzing method(S110). Signal transient characteristics are obtained from the multi coupled transmission lines(S120). The frequency-variant parameters include one selected from a group consisting of a frequency-variant impedance, a frequency-variant admittance, and the mixture thereof.
