An air conditioner is provided to minimize a height of the air conditioner and to keep and carry the air conditioner easily by reducing a height of a heat exchanger, and to maximize efficiency of cooling and heating by blocking leakage air, and to cool or heat air quickly by using a front cover and a rear cover, and to improve heat-exchange efficiency of an intake air by forming a front surface fixing part and a rear surface fixing part, and to minimize loss of heat by attaching a heat insulator to a left sealing member and a right sealing member, and to improve sealing efficiency by project-forming a rib at both sides of the left sealing member and right sealing member. An air conditioner comprises: a left heat-exchange unit(102), a right heat-exchange unit(104), a front cover(106), a rear cover(108), a left sealing member(112), and a right sealing member(114). The left heat-exchange unit is slantly disposed in the left direction inside a cabinet. The right heat-exchange unit is slantly disposed in the right direction inside the cabinet. The front cover covers a front surface between the left heat-exchange unit and the right heat-exchange unit. The rear cover covers a rear surface between the left heat-exchange unit and the right heat-exchange unit. The left sealing member seals a gap between an upper end of the left heat-exchange unit and a left side surface part of the cabinet. The right sealing member seals a gap between an upper end of the right heat-exchange unit and a right side surface part of the cabinet.
