摘要 A cab tilting system of a vehicle is provided to allow stable driving of the vehicle while reducing the noise generated as a rubber assembly is tilted, by installing springs in a space formed on frame brackets to support a cab elastically thereby minimizing tilting of the rubber assembly supporting the cab during cornering of the vehicle. A cab tilting system of a vehicle comprises a torsion bar(14) having both ends fixed on two frame brackets(12) and generating tilting force by the torsional moment, a cab bracket(20) connected on the outer peripheral surface of the torsion bar by a rubber assembly(30) and supporting a cab, a space(40) formed on the frame brackets and allowing the rubber assembly to rotate, and springs(42) installed in the space imparting elasticity to the rubber assembly to prevent the rubber assembly from tilting to the left or the right when the vehicle is cornering. The rubber assembly includes a rotatable bush(32) disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the torsion bar, cylindrical rubbers(34) wrapping around the outer peripheral surface of the bush and having the cab bracket connected on the outer peripheral surface of the rubber, and a rubber mounting bracket(38) bolted(36) on one end of the frame bracket. The springs are coil springs having one ends disposed on an inner wall of the space and the other ends supported on an end of the bush to provide preset elasticity to the rubber assembly.
