ESD PROTECTION CIRCUIT AND TUNER WITH THE SAME

An ESD(ElectroStatic Discharge) protection circuit and a tuner with the same are provided to protect connected device or circuit from ESD by bypassing static electricity to the ground irrespective of a kind of the static electricity when the static electricity flows into the connected device and circuit through a signal input terminal. The first ESD protecting unit(110) connects to the ground in the first connection node where a signal input terminal and a signal output terminal are connected, and bypasses plus static electricity inputted from the signal input terminal to the ground. The second ESD protecting unit(120) connects to the ground in the first connection node, and bypasses minus static electricity inputted from the signal input terminal to the ground.
