摘要 A microfluidic biochip for blood typing based on agglutination reaction is provided to carry out mixing and reaction of sample with reagents, and determination of agglutination in one apparatus, use small amounts of sample and reagents, preserve blood typing results, and improve portability and manufacturing costs of the biochip. The microfluidic biochip(300) for blood typing based on agglutination reaction comprises: a sample transport micro channel(320) having a sample inlet(310); a reagent transport micro channel(325) having a reagent inlet(315); a micro mixer(340) connected to the rears of the sample and reagent transport micro channels and mixing transported sample and reagents; a first manual micro valve(330) formed between the rears of respective micro channels and the front of micro mixer and controlling flows of sample and reagents; a reaction micro chamber(350) connected to the rear of the micro mixer, storing mixed sample and reagents and inducing reaction of them; a micro filter(370) connected to the rear of reaction micro chamber and filtering agglutinated bodies formed by the agglutination reaction; a second manual micro valve(360) formed between the rear of micro chamber and front of micro filter, and controlling the mixed sample and reagents to be placed in the reaction micro chamber; and an outlet(380) connected to the rear of micro filter and discharging sample and reagents.
