A waterproof plate having a heat pipe fixing groove and a construction method for the bottom of a bathroom using the waterproof plate are provided to increase convenience for construction and manufacture and to reduce manufacturing costs. The waterproof plate(100) includes a fixing groove(110) on the surface to fix a heat pipe(200) for transferring heat to the bottom of a bathroom evenly, particularly the fixing groove is formed symmetrically to install the heat regardless of the direction of the waterproof plate, thereby to increase convenience for construction and an adiabatic sheet is installed to the fixing groove to prevent heat transfer from the heat pipe to the bottom of the bathroom, thereby to increase thermal efficiency. The construction method for the bottom of a bathroom using a waterproof plate having a heat pipe fixing groove comprises the steps of attaching a waterproof plate on the bottom of a bathroom, inserting a heat pipe to a fixing groove of the waterproof plate, applying adhesives on the waterproof plate, attaching a heat sink(300) provided with many through holes on the waterproof plate applied with the adhesives, and attaching a finish member(400) on the heat sink by adhesives leaked out via the through holes of the heat sink.
