A temperature controller is provided to set heating temperature and time of a heating pad used to install a triplex for interconnecting insulating barriers and to prevent accidents caused by gas leakage. A temperature controller comprises a power supply unit(110) supplying power to a heating pad. A temperature sensor(120) is connected to the heating pad to detect temperature of the heating pad. A pressure sensor(180) is connected to the heating pad to detect current pressure. A setting input unit(130) receives setting information including target temperature of the heating pad and work time. A temperature controller(140) controls on/off switching speed of the power supply unit(110). A display unit(150) displays detection temperature information on a screen. A data storage unit(160) stores the detection temperature information. A connection port(170) transmits information stored in the data storage unit(160) to an external apparatus.
