A finishing panel is provided to be manufactured easily and economically without using expensive adhesives by attaching single veneer boards on a front portion and a rear portion of a synthetic resin board with the appointed temperature and pressure. The finishing panel for construction and furniture is formed by putting a single veneer board(11) and a single veneer board(12) on a front portion(20-1) and a rear portion(20-2) of a hard thermoplastic synthetic resin board(20) and applying a pressure of 50~200 kgf/cm^2 and a temperature of 80~300°C to fill up many gaps of the veneer boards with projections of the synthetic resin board. The single veneer board is formed to a thickness of 0.1~1.0mm, and the hard thermoplastic synthetic resin board is composed of ABS(acrylonitrilie butadiene styrene) resin, HIPS(high impact polystyrene) resin, PET(polyethylene terephthalate) resin, PP(polypropylene) resin, PE(polyethylene) resin, PVC(polyvinylchloride) resin or PC(polycarbonate) resin and formed to a thickness of 0.2~3.0mm.
