<p>A method for manufacturing a granulated tundish and a ladle insulating material by using fly ash is provided to improve dispersion by keeping weight of the granulated tundish light by forming a hollow and to increase insulation efficiency by keeping a granule size uniformly. A method for manufacturing a granulated tundish and a ladle insulating material by using fly ash includes a step of manufacturing a slurry by mixing 85~90% of the fly ash, 10~15% of caustic soda, 40~45 weight% of water, and binder for improving strength of a granule, at high speed; and a step of injecting and drying the manufactured slurry simultaneously by using a nozzle of a spray drier. Bulk density at a second step is measured occasionally and set at a target value.</p> |
