<p>A power saving lamp system of an apartment house is provided to prevent the deterioration of exterior appearance by a wire connected to a lighting control apparatus by putting on/out a lamp with the wire. A power saving lamp system of an apartment house includes a lamp body(10), a lighting control apparatus(20), a plurality of bulbs(30), a bracket(40), a rotation arm(50), a spring(60), a winder(70), an approach sensor(80) and a controlling unit(90). The lighting control apparatus(20) has a lighting circuit(21) which is connected to power and has a plurality of output stages connected to the bulb(30), and a controlling lever(22) which is connected to the lighting circuit(21) and is installed to rotate up and down, and is installed at the lamp body(10). The plural bulbs(30) are connected to the output stages of the lighting circuit(21). The bracket(40) is placed inside the lamp body(10). The rotation arm(50) is mounted to rotate up and down on the bracket(40), and is connected to the controlling lever(22) through a connecting member(51). The spring(60) is connected to the rotation arm(50), and elastically presses the rotation arm(50) upwardly. The winder(70) is rotatably mounted at the rotation arm(50), and consists of a winding drum and a driving motor. The approach sensor(80) is placed in the lamp body(10). The controlling unit(90) controls the driving motor of the winder(70) according to signals of the approach sensor(80).</p> |
