The axle (12) for supporting the spool includes a plate protruding at right angles to the central length axis of the axle. The axle also includes a means for positioning the spool against the plate. The positioning means has a slanting surface (17) on the opposite side to the plate, starting at the axle and extending away from the central length axis of this axle. This surface is provided in a conical part (14) of the axle. The plate is round, its diameter being greater than the maximum distance between the slanting surface and central length axis of the axle.
