An arrangement of hot rolls with different diameters is provided to prevent rigidity of the entire arrangement of hot rolls from being degraded by applying vertical pressure to some of the upper rolls. An arrangement of hot rolls with different diameters comprises an upper roll set(100) and a lower roll set(200). The upper roll comprises rolls(a,c,e) with a small diameter and rolls(B,D,E) with a large diameter arranged alternately. The lower roll set comprises rolls(b,d,f) with a small diameter and rolls(A,C,E) with a large diameter arranged alternately. The number of the lower rolls is the same as the number of the upper rolls. The lower roll set is arranged asymmetrically with the upper roll set to correct the shape of a steel sheet(1) passing through the upper and lower roll sets. All or a part of the upper rolls are capable of moving up and down.
