A door lock having a double unlocking function is provided to prevent a safety accident by unlocking a dead bolt and a latch bolt together in an emergency situation. A door lock having a double unlocking function includes a handle axis(60), a driving unit(50), a detection member(150) and a control unit. The handle axis(60) unlocks a dead bolt. The driving unit(50) locks or unlocks the dead bolt according to an opening/closing state of a door. The detection member(150) detects an operation of the handle axis(60). The control unit controls the driving unit(50) if the detection member(150) detects an operation of the handle axis(60). The detection member(150) detects an unlocking operation of the handle axis(60) when the driving unit(50) locks up the dead bolt.
