An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) Device is provided to remove the necessity for a special temperature system circuit by directly detecting temperature on an RFID chip and outputting the detected temperature in a voltage form, thereby reducing layout area of the RFID through implementation of a simple circuit as adding a temperature detecting function. An analog block(100) receives an RF(Radio Frequency) signal and outputs an operation command signal. A digital block(200) outputs an address, a temperature address, an operation control signal and a temperature sensor activation signal according to the operation command signal applied from the analog block, and outputs a corresponding response signal to the analog block. A memory block(300) generates an inner part control signal for controlling inner operations by receiving the address, the temperature address and the operation control signal, and reads/writes data from/in a cell array including a non-volatile ferroelectric capacitor device according to the inner part control signal. A temperature sensor processor(310) detects a temperature variation state within an RFID tag according to the temperature sensor activation signal.
