A method and a system for generating an AD(ADvertisement) list according to score distribution are provided to realize an environment for searching for the AD information optimal to a contents page and making the AD list by determining the AD information extracted for context AD and a position of the AD information in the AD list based on various scores. An information searcher(210) discriminates a document keyword from the contents page and searches for the AD information corresponding to the document key from a database(205). A candidate extractor(230) extracts a plurality of AD information selected by referring to a first score, which is assigned to each searched AD information by a scoring part(220), from the database. A list maker(240) arranges the AD information by considering a sum of a second score, which is assigned to each extracted AD information by the scoring part and the first score. If a keyword which is stored in the database correspondingly to the AD information searched based on the first score is identical with the document keyword, the scoring unit assigns an AD score applying predetermined weight to the searched AD information.
