A gridiron for removing dregs of meat is provided to roast meat conveniently and sanitarily without replacing a gridiron burnt with meat dregs during roasting meat by sliding a cleaning ring set along the gridiron to remove the dregs. A gridiron(10) for removing dregs of meat comprises a cleaning ring set(3). The cleaning ring set includes tubular rings, a metal bar, and a handle. The tubular ring slides on rods(1) of the gridiron from one end to the other end. The metal bar is welded to the cleaning rings to connect the cleaning rings into a set. Two rings are mounted on the metal bar at a predetermined interval. The handle is fitted to the rings on the metal bar. At least two cleaning ring sets are mounted on the gridiron independently.
