An oscillating circuit is provided to generate a plurality of oscillating signals having an accurate phase difference by using even number of inverters subordinately connected in a shape of a ring. An oscillating circuit includes a main loop circuit and a plurality of sub-loop circuits. The main loop circuit has an N number of inversion circuits(10-1 to 10-8) subordinately connected in a shape of a ring through an N number of nodes(N11-N14). The plurality of sub-loop circuits individually has an even number of inversion circuits subordinately connected in a shape of a ring. Each inversion circuit of the sub-loop circuit is parallel connected to the even number of subordinately connected inversion circuits. A circuit returning a signal from an output of each inversion circuit of the main loop circuit to an input of each inversion circuit of the main loop circuit has a mutually equivalent circuit structure.
