An air engine mount is provided to perform a damping function by allowing air to flow into or out of a chamber through an air tack having a predetermined diameter. An engine mount includes an external plate(1), a rubber(2), a cover plate(5), and an air track(8). The external plate(1) has an empty space. The rubber(2) is inserted into the external plate(1). The cover plate(5) is coupled to the lower portion of the external plate(1). The cover plate(5) forms a chamber between with the rubber(2). The cover plate(5) includes the air track(8) such that air flows into and out of the chamber. The cover plate(5) is provided with a through hole. The air track(8) has a fixed diameter when the air track(8) is designed in the through hole.
