A fire retardant sandwich panel is provided to maintain the flatness of the surface of a product by a porous board having a track hole when a filler including urethane is used. A fire retardant board is installed between a front plate(12) and a filler(20), or between a rear plate(14) and the filler(20) when a sandwich panel having the filler(20) between the front surface(12) and the rear surface(14) is constructed. The retardant board includes a vermiculite board and a plaster board. Alternatively, a porous board having track holes is installed between the front surface and the filler and between the rear surface and the filler.
