An air flow sensor of an intake system of a vehicle is provided to reduce the resistance due to the forward flow and the flow of the air, and to prevent the backflow from being flowed to the air flow rate sensor by mounting a backflow prevention member having curved surfaces. An air flow sensor(11) of an air flow meter(10) is installed in an intake system of a vehicle to reduce the amount of the air flowed to the mixer of the engine. A backflow prevention member(13) with a triangle column shape is installed to the center of the rear part of the air flow sensor. At least one edge(14) of the backflow prevention member is mounted to face the front. Two sides of side surfaces(13a,13b,13c) of the backflow prevention member are rounded with curved shapes inwardly.
