An optical film and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) having the same are provided to offer high and uniform luminance by improving vertical incident efficiency to an LCD panel by increasing light converging efficiency. An optical film(60) includes plural prisms(62) which respectively have a light incident unit(63) and a light emit unit(62b) and are spaced from each other, and reflecting units(64) which are continuously interposed between one prism and the other prism among the plural prisms. The light incident unit of the prism is inwardly recessed. The reflecting units respectively have triangular sections.
